Friendly Reminders
- Dues for each quarter are due on the first day of the new quarter. Payments will be considered late at the end of the first month of the quarter and will be subject to a $25 late fee and 5% monthly interest charges.
- All disputes about amounts owed should be made in writing and submitted with all necessary back up to the HOA’s Secretary/Treasurer.

- It is a violation to park cars on the street over night. Per City of Plano Fire Department Code as well as Villas of Gleneagles Home Owners’ Association Rules, vehicles may NOT be left parked on the curb overnight and may be towed at owner’s expense.
- Please keep your garage doors closed when not in use and for those who have gates, please keep them closed as well. This will help discourage intruders.
- When in doubt, get written approval on any modifications or additions to your house or landscape.
- Please curb your dogs.
